• A current coggins and health certificate are provided as needed for horses over $1000. 
• Potential buyers are encouraged to visit Little Heartwood.
• Horses are available for a veterinary pre-purchase exam prior to purchase at the buyer's expense.
• A non-refundable deposit of 20%  is required; deposits may be applied toward the purchase of a different horse.
• Payment plans may be available to qualified buyers.
• Discounts may be available if more than one horse is purchased. 
• Shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

"Joy-Joy" is so sweet, beautiful AND she even has a perfectly-shaped white heart on her shoulder!  This 2005 sorrel pinto filly is AMHA/AMHR; perfect bite and correct conformation.  She doesn't come quite up to 30" and she is waiting for some child/ren (and grandparents!) to love her and, if the family who buys her wants to show her, she is certainly SHOW QUALITY!   Her sire is Hemlock Brooks Legends Legacy (two-time National Top Ten Champion), a son of Hemlock Brooks Silver Legend (foundation sire), and her dam is Houck's Stout's MsPride, our beautiful and extraordinary former show mare by McSam!  "Joy-Joy"  has inherited her dam's gorgeous movement and "big eye."

AMHA/AMHR eligible,  was born May 9, 2007.  His sire is Houck's Perfect Spirit and his dam is Houck's Tinker Toys Gail Zee.  "Mac" carries the splash white overo gene.  He goes back to none other than Dell Teras Moon Man.  This gorgeous silver tovero colt has two blue eyes and will mature to about 31"- 32".    He carries his tail in a permanent "arch" and he has such a bearing about him that he deserves a show career.  He is quick to learn and very people-oriented.  And, he's an awesome mover!
